Bombay Chutney Co.’s Mint Chutney Cilantro Vinaigrette
A modern twist on a classic dressing, we’ll show you how to make a fresh, healthy, and oh-so tasty chutney-based salad dressing that will have everyone wanting seconds.
Ingredients (serves 6):
- Bombay Chutney Co.’s Mint Chutney
- 1⁄4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-2 lemons for lemon juice
- 1 small clove of crushed garlic
- 1 Tablespoon organic honey
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Process:
- Measure out one heaping tablespoon of Bombay Chutney Co.’s Mint Chutney into a mid-sized bowl.
- Add 1⁄4 cup of extra virgin olive oil into the bowl and stir with the chutney.
- Once mixed thoroughly, pour 1⁄4 cup of freshly-squeezed lemon juice into the combination and stir.
- Add 1 clove of finely chopped/crushed garlic into the mix and continue to stir.
- Add 1 tablespoon of organic honey into the mix for sweetness and continue to stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Once all ingredients are whisked together, pour over a bed of mixed greens with avocado and walnuts and enjoy!
