Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bombay Chutney Co. Chaat Chips
- ¼ cup Frozen Chana Masala
- ½ cup boiled potatoes, cubed
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped white onion
- ¼ cup full fat, plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Bombay Chutney Co. Plum Chutney
- ¼ cup Bombay Chutney Co. Mint Chutney
Process:
- Spread Bombay Chutney Co. Chaat Chips on a flat plate as the base
- Add ¼ cup heated Bombay Chutney Co. Chana Masala on top of chips
- Place ½ cup cubed, boiled potatoes on top of Chana Masala
- Add ¼ cup chopped onion on top of potatoes
- Drizzle ¼ cup yogurt on top of onion
- Top with Bombay Chutney Co.’s Plum and Mint Chutneys
- Sprinkle ¼ cup cilantro on top
